1.Opening Hours

Woody’s Holiday Club is open from 8.00am-6.00pm Monday-Friday during school holidays and In-service days. Woody's Holiday Club will close for 1 week at Christmas.

2. Fees.

Fees are charged by the session as per the requested sessions on your child’s application form  and will be invoiced in advance of your child starting the holiday club. All cheques must be made payable to Acrewood Nursery Ltd.
 Cancellations will be subject to an admin charge of £25.
(c) No rebates can be given for non attendance.
(d) Minimum attendance at Woody’s Holiday club is 2 sessions per week.
(e) ALL FEES MUST BE PAID  PRIOR TO  STARTING WOODY’S HOLIDAY CLUB.  Non payment of Fees will incur charges and restricted entry.
(Existing After School Children will be invoiced in the normal way)

3. Meals.

(a) Please provide a cold packed lunch for your child with a cold drink. PLEASE DO NOT PUT HOT MEALS OR TINS IN YOUR CHILD'S LUNCH BOX.
(b) Morning and afternoon  snacks and drinks will be provided by Woody’’s.
(c) Bearheart Castle can provide packed lunches and evening  meals on request.

4. Dress

Please ensure that your child has appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. i.e. trainers, rain coats, skip hats and sun cream.

5. Illness

Please do not bring your child to Woody’s if they are unwell. Please inform Woody’s staff when your child is unable to attend and also well enough to return. Exclusion period for Diarrhoea is 48 hours.

6. Administering Medicine

Woody’s staff can only administer medicine to a child after receiving written consent from parents.

7. Emergencies

In case of emergency Woody’s staff reserves the right to remove a child to hospital or call a doctor to examine the child.

8. Outings

An activity timetable  is organised by Woody’s. If you require a Friday, a full day must be booked during the summer holidays only.

Admission fees are required for some outings and parents will be notified in advance of the amount required.
