1.Opening Hours

Woody’s After School Club is open from 3pm-6pm, Monday to Friday during school term time and cares for children from 5-12 years.
Woody’s Holiday Club will operate during School Holidays and In-service Days.

2. Fees.

Contact Clare on 01786 462621 for session prices 

(a) Fees are charged by the session and
invoiced 4 weeks in arrears as per sessions requested on Woody’s application form.  A Direct Debit System is in operation. Late
payment of Fees will incur charges and
restrict entry into Woody’s
(b) Parents who chose to have Holidays during School Term time will still be charged their normal Fees.  No Deductions will be given.

(c) Minimum attendance at Woody’s After School Club is 2 sessions per week.

(d) Parents with more than one child at Woody’s will receive a 10% discount on the older child.
(e) 4 weeks notice should be given in writing to cancel a place.

3. Meals.

(a) Snacks and drinks will be provided by Woody’’s.
(c) Bearheart Castle can provide  evening meals on request.

4. Dress

Please ensure that your child has appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. i.e. trainers, rain coats, skip hats and sun cream.

5. Illness/Non Attendance

Please inform Woody’s staff when your child is unable to attend and also well enough to return. Exclusion period for Diarrhoea is 48 hours.
Please contact Woody’s on 01786 462621 no later than 2pm each day if your child has not to be picked up from school.

6. Administering Medicine

Woody’s staff can only administer medicine to a child after receiving written consent from parents.

7. Emergencies

In case of emergency Woody’s staff reserves the right to remove a child to hospital or call a doctor to examine the child.

8. Time Out Arrangement.

Physical punishment is not permitted as a strict rule. A time out is the ultimate sanction and is itself rarely used. Time out means a child is removed from a situation in order to calm down or reflect on their behaviour.

If a child's behaviour is giving cause for continuing concern, then parents will be asked to work together with Woody’s staff to find a solution.
